Job description

Over 60% of sales in the Amazon store come from third-party sellers. The mission of the Seller Acquisition & Education (SAE) team is to recruit and empower new Amazon sellers, connecting them with information, opportunities, services, and resources to launch and grow successful businesses both in and beyond the Amazon store.
SAE is looking for a self-directed and AI-fluent program manager to join our content delivery program. This role will manage the creation of both marketing and educational content that can help Amazon sellers identify and understand opportunities, unlock key concepts, and make informed business decisions. You'll partner with product and business owners to understand seller needs and pain points, then draft, design, and launch content across a range of modalities, delivering the information and insights that sellers need to grow their businesses. An ideal candidate will be able to work independently to research, scope, design, and deliver exceptional content at scale across a large project portfolio. They will be fluent in AI video-production tools (e.g., Synthesia), meet competing deadlines, and foster long-term relationships with stakeholders and other content creators.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree in communications or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
- Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
