Job description

Location: Ballston, Virgina

Overtime Exempt: No

Reports To: ARMADA HQ

Security Clearance Required: Secret

CONTINGENT UPON AWARD*

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Policy Analyst III conduct technical liaison and coordination with stakeholders across the Naval Research Enterprise (NRE), Department of Defense (DoD), other federal agencies, and academia.
  • Policy Analyst III plan, schedule, and facilitate stakeholder meetings and engagements to ensure effective communication and action item resolution.
  • Policy Analyst III provide regular status updates to leadership on key stakeholder relationships, collaborations, and identified issues.
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with DoD property accountability regulations and FIAR standards.

Minimum/General Experience:

  • Prior experience with asset management systems (DPAS, ERP).
  • Prior experience supporting government audits or compliance programs

Minimum Education:

  • High school diploma required. Associate or bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
