500 Global is seeking an Education Operations Associate to support our VC training programs around the world, with a specific focus on programs in the Bay Area. This is a highly organized, relationship-driven role for someone passionate about venture capital and global startup ecosystems. The associate will be the face of 500 Global's Education Team to applicants, participants, and key stakeholders, supporting the full lifecycle of in-person and online programs across planning, execution, and communications.
Essential Functions:

  • Recruit, vet, and process applicants through application review, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Engage and follow up with program alumni; nurture the alumni community through messaging, events, and resource sharing.
  • Provide logistical support for all programs from planning and budgeting through execution, both online and in-person.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience or familiarity with venture capital and the startup ecosystem.
  • Cross-cultural communication skills; comfortable working with participants and teammates from around the world.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to other geographies as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
