WHIN is currently seeking high performing operations associate who is ready to help grow a unique school community where compassion, kindness, and curiosity drive each and every day. 

Specifically, an Operations Associate at WHIN are responsible for:

  • Assisting with student registration process, including collect registration packets and supporting documents.
  • Answering phone calls, directing calls, taking messages, placing outgoing calls, and sending Robo calls.
  • Monitoring hallways, transitions, lunch, breakfast, recess, and bus arrival/dismissal.
  • Initiate and track instructional and office supply orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of all orders and inventory of supply closets.
  • Manage and organize inventory of supplies.
  • Manage distribution of orders and supplies.
  • Develop process plans for events, as directed by Director of Operations
  • Coordinate/manage data analysis and reporting.
  • Manage and track numbers for breakfast, lunch meals and snacks.
  • Troubleshoot technology equipment (computer laptops, document cameras, printers)
  • Initiate and track service calls for technology equipment.
  • Ensuring the school's main office environment is at all times clean, neat, organized and orderly.
