Job description


Develop, implement, and evaluate training and education programs for clients to promote growth, development, and adoption for existing and new product implementation. Leverage your experience to consult with and coordinate between Product Management and client project leaders to identify capability gaps impacting current and future business strategies. Develop appropriate learning curriculum to meet business needs including process design and solution adoption best practices to address gaps in motivation and ability, and conduct training and classroom-based coaching onsite and in virtual environments that build motivation and ability. Will also be responsible to prepare lesson plans including methods, materials, and documentation to be presented; revise, modify and develop course content to address current solution features, functions and workflow to address client needs; and evaluate learning solution effectiveness using best practice methodologies aligned with performance and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Initial and ongoing clinician end-user training development and delivery
  • Project implementation end-user training development and delivery
  • Provide real time support & education to all end users through walk-in help room & phone line
  • End-User Rounding of clinics and acute locations
  • Elbow support for clinicians to provide education of more efficient EMR functions
  • Create, maintain, and assign eLearning modules
  • Create and maintain end-user educational documents/job aids accessible to all users in virtual Document Library
  • Clinical student EHR account management and end-user/student application training

US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $48.03 per hour; from: $51,200 to $99,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
