Flowers Early Learning is a high-quality preschool with locations throughout Berrien, Cass and Van Buren counties and currently has an opening for an Early Head Start Education Coach.

Position Summary: Education Coaches uses the Practice Based Coaching Model to support teaching staff/home visitors throughout the agency through focused observation, providing feedback, and setting professional development goals using focused observation data. Coaches are certified CLASS observers for the agency and help ensure that all classrooms comply with Flowers Early Learning Policies and Procedures.

Job Type:Full Time, Year-Round (12-months)


Expected Schedule:Monday- Friday, 8:00a-4:30p, 40 hours per week


Rate of Pay: BA: $25.64/hr. Masters or Higher: $28.67/hr.


Education Requirement:Minimum: must be 18 years or older with an BA in Early Childhood Education or related field with 2-3 years of experience.


Other Selection Criteria:All candidates must possess a valid drivers license and their own reliable transportation, complete a physical examination, comprehensive fingerprinted criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen including a negative result for Amphetamines, Cannabinoids (including Marijuana/THC), Cocaine, Opiates, and Phencyclidine (PCP). Marijuana is not legal at the federal level and is prohibited in the workplace or in one's system, even if legally prescribed.
