Behavior Technician - Early Childhood Development
Full Time and Part Time
| Albuquerque, NM

Love working with kids as a nanny, early childhood educator, paraeducator, special education aide, tutor, coach, or camp leader? Bring that experience to our center-based ABA program. At JumpStart Autism Collective, you will receive paid training that exceeds industry standards, earn your RBT certification, and help children ages one to twelve build language, play, self-help, and social skills. We pair ABA with Precision Teaching so you learn to make evidence-based decisions. You will be part of a supportive team with Clinical Psychologists, BCBAs, and seasoned RBTs who mentor you, review data with you, and cheer your wins. JumpStart is clinician operated, locally owned since 2008, BHCOE accredited since 2016, and a multi-year awarded Top Workplace. Pay and schedule:
Training pay is $18.50 to $19.50 per hour. After training, $20.50 to $21.50 per hour, depending on experience. Full time Behavior Technicians work Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, guaranteed 30 to 40 hours. Part time Behavior Technicians choose a steady block between, mornings 7:45 am to 1:15 pm or afternoons 11:45 am to 5:15 pm, guaranteed 20 to 30 hours. No evenings. No weekends.

What you will do:
Complete our in-depth, paid training program and earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Once out of training, you will provide one-on-one therapy with children diagnosed with autism, follow individualized plans, take accurate data, keep learning spaces safe and organized, collaborate closely with other RBTs and BCBAs, and make learning fun!

What you bring:
Love for working with children, reliability, coachability, and clear communication. High school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, a valid driver's license, and a reliable, insured, and registered vehicle are required.
