Brighterly is a fast-growing EdTech platform that helps children across the USA (K-12) excel in English Language Arts and Math through fun, personalized, and interactive 1-on-1 online lessons.
We believe that strong literacy and numeracy skills build confidence, spark curiosity, and shape a brighter future.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver engaging 1-on-1 ELA lessons that make learning fun and effective.
  • Help students build confidence in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
  • Use ready-made materials and detailed lesson scripts - no need to create your own content.
  • Track each child's progress and share insights with our academic team.
  • Continuously improve class engagement and student experience.

What We're Looking For
  • C1+ English proficiency, with a clear, neutral accent.
  • A passion for teaching young learners and making lessons engaging.
  • At least 6 months of teaching experience with children.
  • At least high-school level language knowledge and diploma.
  • Strong knowledge of phonics, reading comprehension & writing.
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
  • Availability for at least 20 hours/week (weekdays - priority).
