Role Type: Full-time, On-site in Toronto

Engagement: Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads
  • Book discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive team
  • Develop a deep understanding of the companyโ€™s data and infrastructure offerings
  • Research target accounts and personalise outreach for key decision-makers (CTOs, Heads of Data, etc.)
  • Track and manage leads and activities through CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to improve messaging
  • Maintain accurate records and regularly report on KPIs and conversion rates

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SDR or BDR experience in the Data or Infrastructure industry
  • Proven track record with cold calling and outbound lead generation
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise IT solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working full-time from a downtown Toronto office (5 days/week)
  • Experience with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
