Senior Revenue Operations Analyst


Role Overview


Our client is seeking a highly analytical and systems-savvy Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to help scale and support their go-to-market operations and executive decision-making capabilities. This role will serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership by owning core reporting, forecast support, Salesforce administration, and performance analytics. This position reports into the VP of Revenue Operations.


This person will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the VP of Revenue Operations and the CRO. The ideal person is someone who thrives in a growing mid-market environment and can help drive clarity, structure, and execution across the go-to-market organization. They are also a strategic thinker with demonstrated experience leveraging AI to enhance analytics and drive organizational excellence.


This is a remote based position.


Core Responsibilities


Revenue Reporting & Business Intelligence

·      Own recurring GTM reporting including pipeline creation, conversion, bookings, forecast trends, renewals, and key performance metrics

·      Build and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and monthly business review materials

·      Deliver ad hoc analysis to support leadership decisions, board preparation, territory planning, and performance management

·      Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the revenue funnel and present actionable recommendations

·      Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, surface insights from large data sets, and build repeatable reporting frameworks that reduce manual effort


Forecasting & Pipeline Operations

·      Support weekly and monthly forecast processes, including data preparation, inspection, rollups, and reporting accuracy

·      Monitor pipeline health, stage progression, close-date movement, and seller activity trends

·      Partner with sales and revenue operations leadership on pipeline reviews and opportunity hygiene

·      Improve forecast consistency through process discipline and reporting enhancements

·      Apply AI-assisted tools and automation to improve forecast accuracy, flag pipeline risks, and create consistent, scalable inspection processes


Salesforce Administration and Optimization

·      Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, list views, workflows, validation rules, and basic automations

·      Manage user requests, field updates, page layout improvements, and ongoing system enhancements with oversight from system owners

·      Ensure CRM data quality, governance, and process adherence

·      Partner with external admins or internal stakeholders on larger system initiatives when needed


Performance Management and Cross-Functional Support

·      Track GTM OKRs and performance metrics across the Revenue team

·      Support campaign, lead follow-up, and conversion reporting

·      Help optimize lead management reporting and accountability tracking

·      Partner cross-functionally to improve workflows, visibility, and execution across the customer lifecycle


Strategic Projects

·      Support organizational planning and design analysis

·      Assist with system implementations, integrations, and process improvement initiatives

·      Build scalable reporting infrastructure aligned with Finance, leveraging AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve decision speed


Qualifications

·      Bachelors Degree Required

·      5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or related field (EdTech, SaaS, or B2B go-to-market experience preferred)

·      Advanced data analysis skills with strong Excel proficiency

·      4+ years Salesforce experience building reports, dashboards, and basic admin customizations

·      Strong understanding of SaaS or recurring revenue metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting

·      Experience translating data into executive-ready insights and recommendations

·      High attention to detail with strong ownership mentality

·      Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment

·      Comfort and confidence using AI tools to improve workflows, accelerate analysis, and drive repeatable processes

·      Experience building dashboards and visualizing data with PowerBI or similar BI platforms

·      SQL experience or ability to work with larger data sets

·      Salesforce Admin certification (preferred)

Salary Range:


Compensation for this role includes an annual base salary between $100,000 and $110,000 plus bonus opportunity.
