What YOU Will Be Doing - Sales Development Representative 

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative for our fast-growing brand.  As part of our sales team, you will identify and qualify sales opportunities for our organization.  If you are passionate about learning new things and thrive in a fast-paced environment, Elevate K-12 is the place for you!  If you crave fun, adventure and a challenge, we want you on our team!

You will reach out to prospective schools and districts partners in a resourceful and engaging way to schedule sales appointments for our sales organization!  You will have opportunity for career growth and development!

Your first 3-6 months

  • Learn the Elevate K-12 product and messaging
  • Learn about the people we help and how we're able to help them
  • Learn the tools necessary to be successful: CRM, Sales Engagement, Product Info, etc.
  • Build relationships with your field sales counterparts
  • Leverage any opportunity you can to learn the market and the business
  • Consistently meet goals for setting introductory meetings between prospects and sales reps

6-18 months

  • Continue to build on your core skills and product/industry knowledge
  • Know what it takes to meet or exceed your goals and maintain the momentum to do so
  • Begin to expand your knowledge of closing-role sales duties and responsibilities
  • Work with mentors to set goals for yourself to gain consideration for promotion
Qualifications

  • 1+ Year of Sales Experience

  • Bachelor's degree a plus & EdTech experience a huge plus
  • This position is required to work out of our downtown Chicago office at least 1-2 days per week
