The Regional Manager is accountable for achieving regional revenue goals through new sales, renewals, and expansion, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.## Qualifications**Essential Duties and Responsibilities*** Own and achieve regional revenue targets, including:* New sales* Renewals and repeat business* Expansion within existing accounts* Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on long-term growth and retention* Build and maintain strong relationships with district and school leaders through onsite and virtual meetings* Deliver clear, persuasive presentations to educators and administrators* Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and maintain pipeline visibility* Use CRM systems with consistency and accuracy* Manage the regional budget and allocate resources effectively* Monitor customer needs, market conditions, and competitor activity, and provide timely feedback internally* Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities* Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Customer Outreach teams to ensure successful customer support and implementation* Attend conferences and events to generate new opportunities within the region* Demonstrate strong follow-through, responsiveness, and professionalism in all customer interactions* Support cross-territory collaboration when needed* Travel approximately two weeks per month within the assigned region* Perform other duties as assigned by sales leadership**Job Requirements*** Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written* Persuasive, confident, and professional when engaging with district and school leaders* High integrity, honesty, and accountability* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment* Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies* Proven problem-solving mindset and ability to operate under pressure* Ability to quickly develop deep knowledge of Studies Weekly products and solutions**Education and Experience*** Minimum of 3 years of experience in education sales* Teaching or school/district administration experience is a plus* Proven record of meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships* Bachelor’s degree required**Physical Demands**This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers for typing, handling materials, and setting up audiovisual equipment. The employee must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
