Role Overview:

At Fractal Analytics, we are looking for a high-caliber EdTech Sales Consultant & Solutioning Expert to drive enterprise growth across AI-led learning and skilling solutions. This is a strategic, client-facing role that blends consultative selling, solution design, and delivery alignment. You will partner closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to unlock new opportunities, craft high-impact learning solutions, and ensure exceptional client outcomes.

This role is pivotal to scaling Fractal’s AI-led learning and capability-building business. You will operate at the forefront of AI adoption in enterprises, shaping how organizations build skills for the future while directly influencing growth at a strategic level.

Responsibilities

Strategic Client Consulting

  • Engage senior client stakeholders to understand business, talent, and transformation needs

  • Position Fractal as a trusted partner in AI-led learning and capability building

  • Lead discovery conversations and shape problem statements into scalable solutions

Revenue Ownership & Sales Execution

  • Own end-to-end sales cycles—from opportunity identification to deal closure

  • Drive pipeline growth, large deal pursuits, and strategic account expansion

  • Consistently deliver against revenue and margin targets

Solutioning & Proposal Leadership

  • Design tailored edtech solutions (AI/GenAI programs, workshops, academies, learning journeys)

  • Collaborate with Instructional Design, Delivery, and Product teams to craft differentiated offerings

  • Lead proposal development including scope, timelines, and commercial constructs

Delivery Alignment & Client Success

  • Ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery with clear alignment on outcomes

  • Stay engaged through execution to drive client satisfaction and long-term partnerships

  • Proactively manage risks, expectations, and escalations

Market Leadership & GTM Influence

  • Bring market insights on AI, GenAI, and enterprise learning trends

  • Contribute to refining Fractal’s edtech offerings, pricing models, and GTM strategy

  • Represent Fractal in client forums, workshops, and industry engagements

Qualifications

  • 15–20+ years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, or edtech/L&D solutioning

  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals in enterprise environments

  • Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions

  • Experience working with AI/GenAI, analytics, or digital transformation programs preferred

  • Excellent executive presence, stakeholder management, and communication skills

  • Experience working in US markets and onsite client environments

Success Metrics

  • Revenue growth and deal closures (including large/strategic deals)

  • Proposal win rates and solution quality

  • Client satisfaction, retention, and expansion

  • Alignment between sold solutions and delivery outcomes

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range is: UP to $235K.

Benefits:

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
