Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Development Manager based in Netherlands.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding an international iGaming business by identifying, acquiring and developing high-value traffic partnerships. You will combine business development, affiliate marketing expertise and market intelligence to build a strong and scalable partner network. The role involves proactively sourcing new partners through outreach, networking and industry communities, while negotiating attractive commercial agreements. You will work closely with internal launch and affiliate teams to turn qualified opportunities into successful partnerships. Regular market analysis will help you identify emerging traffic sources, competitor movements and new opportunities for growth. You will also represent the business at international conferences and industry events, building relationships across a dynamic and rapidly evolving global market. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity suited to a proactive, commercially driven professional who thrives on ownership and measurable results.

Accountabilities
  • Identify, prospect and recruit new traffic partners, including CPA networks, webmasters and media-buying teams, through cold outreach, industry communities, networking and other acquisition channels.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential affiliate and traffic partners across relevant international markets.
  • Conduct initial partner discussions and negotiate traffic types, commercial rates, funnels, terms and other partnership conditions.
  • Assess and qualify prospective partners based on traffic quality, commercial potential, market relevance and strategic fit.
  • Work closely with Launch and Affiliate Management teams to ensure a smooth handover, onboarding and activation of new partners.
  • Monitor affiliate market developments, competitor activity, emerging teams, traffic sources and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Research and evaluate new acquisition channels and non-traditional sources of traffic to strengthen the partner network.
  • Build long-term relationships with partners and represent the business professionally throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Attend international conferences, industry events and professional communities to expand the network and generate new partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics and use data and industry intelligence to prioritize high-potential opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in affiliate marketing, business development, sales or a similar commercially focused role, such as Business Development Manager, Affiliate Manager or Sales Manager.
  • Previous experience in iGaming is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, performance metrics, conversion funnels and major traffic acquisition channels.
  • Familiarity with traffic sources such as SEO, PPC, ASO, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram and other digital acquisition channels.
  • Good knowledge of key players within the iGaming and affiliate ecosystem and an understanding of effective partner acquisition strategies.
  • Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate commercial value, agree partnership terms and develop sustainable business relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with diverse partner profiles.
  • Highly proactive and autonomous, with the ability to create outreach processes independently, explore unconventional sources and take ownership of business development activities.
  • Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, including excellent time management, prioritization and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-moving, competitive and constantly changing market.
  • Strong results orientation and commercial drive, with the motivation to consistently identify and convert new opportunities.
  • Willingness and legal ability to travel internationally for conferences, networking events and other business activities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with international teams.
Benefits
  • Fully remote, full-time working arrangement.
  • Benefit cafeteria offering a broad selection of perks that can support different personal and professional needs.
  • Children allowance.
  • Mental health support.
  • Sports and physical activity benefits.
  • Language course support.
  • Automotive services.
  • Veterinary services.
  • Home office setup assistance.
  • Dental services.
  • Books and stationery allowance.
  • Training and professional development compensation.
  • Massage and wellness benefits.
  • Opportunity to work within an international, multicultural environment spanning multiple locations and markets.
  • Exposure to the rapidly evolving iGaming, affiliate marketing and digital entertainment industries.
