Job description

SIGNING BONUS:  We are currently offering a $500 signing bonus for new Employees!!!!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Operate surface grinders and belt sanders.
    • Operate vertical mills.
    • Use measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
    • Operate Okamoto dressing EDM
    • Operate Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Charmilles and Wire EDM machines.
    • Operate Makino and Charmilles sinker EDM machines.
    • Operate Current small hole EDM machine.
    • Operate Milltronics multi-axis jig driller.
    • Provides basic operations support in areas not directly associated with this category (for which adequate training has been provided and direction given, such as Ultrasonic Impact Grinding).
    • Using G&M codes or conversational language, program all EDM machines and multi-axis drillers.
    • Utilize AUTOCAD and Esprit to design tooling and fixtures based on part print provided.
    • Ensures procurement of materials in a timely manner to meet tooling/fixture production deadlines.
    • Work with UM operators and management to resolve tooling issues.
