Job description

Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
Job Summary
Cardinal Ritter College Prep High School seeks a mission-driven Director of Enrollment and Marketing to lead strategic enrollment, recruitment, retention, and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will increase student enrollment, strengthen community engagement, and promote the school's mission and brand through effective outreach and communication.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement enrollment strategies to attract, enroll, and retain students.
  • Manage the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment.
  • Analyze enrollment trends and recommend strategies for growth.
  • Coordinate recruitment events, including open houses, school tours, and information sessions.
  • Build relationships with prospective families, feeder schools, alumni, parishes, and community organizations.
  • Create and execute marketing and communication plans that support enrollment goals.
  • Oversee marketing materials, social media platforms, and website content.
  • Coordinate public relations and community outreach efforts to increase school visibility.
  • Collaborate with school leadership, faculty, and staff to support enrollment and marketing objectives.
  • Prepare reports on enrollment metrics, recruitment activities, and marketing performance.
  • Represent the school at community events, recruitment fairs, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum five years of experience in enrollment management, admissions, marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably in education.
  • Strong understanding of and commitment to Catholic education.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media management, CRM systems, and website administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and enrollment management platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing enrollment and marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Finalsite Enrollment, Skyward, Edlio, or similar systems.
  • Experience in event planning, customer service, and community engagement.
  • Ability to analyze data and use results to support strategic decision-making.
