Job description

Job Summary
Classified Substitutes are called upon, as needed, to fill the temporary needs of various departments and school sites.
Perform routine gardening and varied grounds maintenance work on school grounds and athletic fields; ensure storage, issuance, and maintenance of supplies, equipment, and uniforms for physical education classes and athletic activities; prepare athletic fields and areas for various athletic activities; load, unload, and drive vehicles used in delivering grounds maintenance supplies and equipment; perform a variety of assignments arising from special events, vandalism, and other emergencies.
