Secretary For The Personnel Office

Serves as Secretary for the Personnel Office. Performs complex clerical work involving matters related to the district, community and various public and private agencies. Independently monitors and services several support business systems.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Two years experience in clerical work involving frequent public contact • Have a passing score of 70% on the District academic proficiency test • Type 50 words per minute • Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation • Bilingual-biliterate English/Spanish highly desirable • Knowledge of word processing programs

The letter of intent or Edjoin application shall be kept on file for the then current school year or until such time as the unit member retracts the letter of intent or Edjoin application, whichever occurs first.
