Job description

THE ROLE
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team! You will work across key accounts, while being responsible for transforming high-level visions into actionable, efficient project plans. You serve as the primary bridge between client expectations and internal execution, ensuring that every milestone is met with precision and every budget is managed with rigorous oversight.
WE ARE
A creative agency powered by social connections. That means we thrive on what's trending and creating campaigns that get people buzzing. We call it "Ideas Worth Talking About," and we've proud to have played a part in some of the most culturally relevant campaigns of the decade for brands like McDonald's, Adidas, Universal Studios, and YouTube.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE
  • We like to laugh, we live for celeb gossip and we're great on AUX
  • Our passport program lets you explore and work from one of our 16 other offices worldwide, including Paris, Singapore, Madrid, Dubai, London and more
  • You best believe we know how to celebrate our wins. And our losses (it's how we learn)
  • From carbon offsets to community kitchens, we're passionate about making a difference
  • Did we say snacks? Because we have great snacks

YOU ARE
  • A person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, responding quickly and proactively
  • Not interested in just following trends - you want to create them
  • A self-starter, who'll take ideas from concept to execution, navigating feedback like a pro

Traditional agency experience is not required, but it's a plus. What matters is your deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences. This role is energetic, innovative and forward-thinking. Alongside engaging with communities, you'll guide brands by staying ahead of social trends and cultural moments. In return, you'll join a global agency dedicated to generating buzzworthy ideas for some of the world's leading brands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Build project plans that incorporate all core elements to drive maximum efficiency from kickoff to delivery
  • Manage work across various channels, including social and editorial content, influencer work, events, video etc.
  • Monitor project tasks and deadlines daily, and proactively flag potential bottlenecks to the senior team members
  • Develop and maintain timelines by ensuring both internal teams and clients are aligned on shifting milestones and deliverables
  • Monitor project progress and key metrics and confidently provide stakeholders with updates
  • Responsible for scoping jobs and writing statements of work
  • Track and manage project budgets with a high degree of accuracy, consistently through each phase of the project
  • Analyze the financial implications of project decisions, ensuring that scope changes are balanced against budget constraints and agency profitability
  • Work with Resource Management to ensure talent allocation matches project needs and deadline requirements
  • Manage client expectations and resolve issues when they arise by explaining timeline shifts with clarity
  • Ensure all work is signed off at the right stages, by the right people (including internal and external partners)
  • Foster internal team communications between creative, technical, and account leads making sure everyone is aligned
  • Leverage AI features within Google Workspace to automate planning and progress monitoring

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or a related field, with a focus on operations, team management and project planning
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
  • Experience with a wide variety of marketing and content deliverable types
  • Familiar with agency turn-around times and ways of working
  • Strong understanding of the dynamics of agency processes, and enjoy the pace and challenges this brings
  • Detail oriented and takes responsibility for fulfilling all components of the project/retainer deliverables
  • Confident and positive with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Extremely strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized with good attention to detail
  • Highly proficient with Google Suite and Slack
