Graphic & Digital Designer / Website Manager
Description
Spectrum Resorts is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic & Digital Designer / Website Manager to oversee the design, production, and management of visual assets across multiple resort brands. This position is responsible for creating engaging print and digital marketing materials, maintaining website content, managing digital signage and business listings, coordinating print production, and supporting resort operations with high-quality creative solutions.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing brochures, signage, menus, advertisements, and social media graphics as they are managing website updates, digital content, and vendor relationships. This role requires a highly organized, collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional design standards and brand consistency.
Essential Duties
  • Design and produce print and digital marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, signage, presentations, menus, website graphics, email campaigns, social media assets, event collateral, and other promotional materials.
  • Develop creative concepts that support marketing objectives while maintaining brand standards across all Spectrum Resorts properties.
  • Manage and maintain company websites by updating content, photography, resort information, promotions, seasonal messaging, and other front-end content using WordPress and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Manage online business listings across platforms including Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Bing, Yelp, and other directories, ensuring consistent and accurate information.
  • Design, schedule, and manage digital signage content across resort properties using digital display platforms.
  • Support resort operations by creating marketing and operational materials for departments including Food & Beverage, Recreation, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
  • Coordinate print production from concept through delivery, including obtaining vendor quotes, reviewing proofs, managing timelines, and ensuring quality standards.
  • Maintain organized graphic assets, templates, project files, and brand standards.
  • Assist with resort activities calendars, event promotions, guest communications, and special marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, photographers, printers, and media partners to successfully execute projects.
  • Research emerging design trends, production methods, and marketing opportunities to continually improve creative output.
  • Assist with copy development and other marketing projects as assigned.
  • Perform on-site photography, measurements, installations, and other project support as needed.

Knowledge Requirements
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with WordPress website management and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Understanding of print production processes and digital asset optimization.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, analytics, and website user experience.
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual communication.
  • Experience preparing artwork for both print and digital distribution.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, proofreading, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, digital signage platforms (such as Yodeck), photography, and basic video editing is preferred.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work primarily in an office environment while spending time throughout resort properties as projects require.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and occasionally lift or move materials up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate standard office equipment, cameras, and computer hardware.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks including extended computer use, keyboarding, and viewing digital displays.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
