An editing internship is a temporary position, often offered to students or recent graduates, that provides hands-on experience working with written content. Interns typically assist editors by proofreading, fact-checking, formatting, and sometimes writing or revising articles or documents. Job description

Company Description

Beltran Corporation has multiple businesses in the local Chicagoland Area that include: Beltran Cleaning Service, The Glam Bar Boutique & Spa, Latina Boss Babes Networking Group and The Podcast: Wined Up Besties!

Job Description

Do you want to make super creative, fun and informative videos? Be able to experiment with different shooting and editing techniques? Want to push the bounds of what video looks like on the internet and be part of a progressive and forward thinking company?
Now is your chance to become part of the team behind the growing familyl  Youtube and Podcast Channel:  Wined Up Besties
We are looking for a highly creative and technically savvy video shooter/editor to join our team. You will be documenting our day to day adventures, as well as creating focused instructional content on cleaning for the business channel. It's all about creating stories that our viewers don't want to take their eyes off of. We are looking for somebody who's easy going yet incredibly focused when it comes to completing their work.
Must be a self-starting idea generator and your clips should demonstrate vision and versatility. We are looking for someone to put in reps, hone their craft, and build a amazing demo reel. What better way to do that than working with passionate people always striving to push the bounds and be the top of their field each and every day?
These aren't videos that we'll be making any money on (not at first, anyway) so we're trying to keep expenses to a minimum, but we are more than willing to negotiate compensation depending on how good a fit you are after the one year internship.
This could be a part time side project or as full time as you want/can make it. We are completely open to working it out as we go, especially if we connect with each other quickly.
Please send an email with your resume, examples of your work and availability. From there we'll grab some coffee, brainstorm ideas, and see if we're on the same page. Thanks for your time.
