Multimedia Design & Editing Intern

Duration:ย 6-Month Internship

Schedule:ย 5โ€“20 hours per week (as needed)

Location: On Site in Newport Beach

Work Structure:ย Flexible, hours will fluctuate based on campaign needs and content demand

Compensation:ย $18 per hour

Role Summary

Supports the creation of graphic and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and brand assets across multiple platforms. This role plays a key part in executing high-quality visual content aligned with active campaigns and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Design graphics for ads, social media, and marketing materials
  • Edit short-form and long-form video content for all social media platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, ads, etc.)
  • Create and edit content across multiple formats including promotional ads, organic social media posts, educational content, and branded content
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats for different platforms
  • Assist with campaign-based content production
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets

Requirements

  • Experience usingย Adobe Creative Suiteย (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred)
  • Strong understanding of visual design and video editing fundamentals
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organization

Portfolio Requirement

  • Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video editing work
  • Portfolio should include examples of short-form video content and at least 2โ€“3 design samples
  • Applications without a portfolio will not be considered
