Litigation ParalegalThis role provides comprehensive support to attorneys in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing caseloads, preparing court documents, handling discovery (including e-discovery), and coordinating all aspects of litigation proceedings.Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation caseloads.Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents.Manage discovery, including e-discovery processes.Coordinate depositions, hearings, motions, and trial preparation.Maintain and organize case files.Requirements:4+ years of law firm litigation paralegal experience.Knowledge of and ability to electronically file (E-Filing portal) pleadings and Pacer.Strong working knowledge of MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.Nice to Have:Experience with Relativity.Knowledge of iManage.Experience with NY and NJ E-Filing systems (NYSCEF/ECF).
