Business Litigation Mid-Level Associate Attorney
Location: Naples, FL

Direct Counsel is seeking a Business Litigation Mid-Level Associate Attorney with 3–7 years of business, commercial, and/or construction litigation experience to join a global law firm in its Naples office. This is an opportunity to work within a nationally regarded Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice handling sophisticated, high-stakes matters.

Responsibilities
  • Manage cases from inception through conclusion.

  • Conduct factual investigations, legal research, and client communications.

  • Draft research memoranda, pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.

  • Conduct and manage all aspects of discovery, including e-discovery.

  • Prepare for and conduct depositions; argue motions.

  • Prepare for, assist in, and conduct hearings and trials.

  • Support business development and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of business, commercial, or construction litigation experience.

  • Strong experience drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal memoranda.

  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
