About the Role
This role serves as a key partner to attorneys, internal legal teams, and external stakeholders by leading and executing all aspects of the eDiscovery and litigation support lifecycle. The position blends hands-on litigation support with strategic project management, ensuring defensible, efficient, and cost-effective discovery practices while supporting broader litigation and records management needs.

  • Lead end-to-end eDiscovery efforts, including data collection, processing, review, production, and trial support
  • Assist attorneys with litigation, arbitration, subpoenas, and case management activities
  • Manage and execute legal hold, document preservation, and records management processes
  • Coordinate with outside counsel and vendors to track, manage, and control discovery materials
  • Perform enterprise-wide document identification, collection, and preservation in connection with litigation matters
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for eDiscovery matters across attorneys, internal teams, vendors, and consultants
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, estimates, and performance metrics
  • Oversee managed review workflows to ensure quality, accuracy, appropriate scope, and on-time delivery
  • Manage vendor selection, performance, and invoice review to ensure cost control and efficiency
  • Leverage eDiscovery platforms and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Relativity, TAR/CAL, AI-assisted review technologies)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to databases, load files, and discovery systems
  • Maintain working knowledge of FRCP, eDiscovery law, data privacy requirements, and emerging technologies
  • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and best practices within eDiscovery and litigation support processes
  • Consult with legal teams and stakeholders to design strategic, cost-effective discovery approaches
  • Provide training and guidance on litigation support tools, workflows, and best practices
  • Conduct legal research and analysis and assist in preparing reports, updates, and metrics for leadership

Required Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required

Work Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related roles
  • Strong experience using Relativity eDiscovery platforms
  • Experience using Microsoft electronic document management systems including Microsoft Purview
  • Demonstrated project management experience across multiple complex matters
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications
  • JD, paralegal certification, or equivalent experience
  • Relativity project management expertise
  • Advanced experience with analytics, TAR/CAL, and AI-assisted review technologies
  • Law firm or multi-matter corporate legal environment experience
  • PMP, RCA, or similar certification
