Job Summary The HR Generalist at 1 Click Logistics will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of the human resources function, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. The HR Generalist will help foster a positive workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and contribute to the overall success of the organization by implementing effective HR processes and solutions. Additionally, must be detail‐oriented, well‐versed in relevant software applications, highly organized, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion. Duties and Responsibilities Manage full‐cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including conducting orientations and ensuring all new hire documentation is completed. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.
