Job description

Lead Boomi & EDI Developer

Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Long Term W2 Contract

We are looking for a Senior Boomi & EDI Developer who can provide both technical leadership and team coordination. This role requires strong experience with Boomi integration development, EDI processes, and the ability to manage and guide an offshore team while working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the Integration Manager and the offshore development team.
  • Review technical requirements, clarify expectations, and ensure smooth handoff of work to the offshore team.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Track and validate team timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
  • Help manage project estimates, actual effort, and costs to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive implementation of best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for Boomi and EDI development activities.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project success.
  • Support issue resolution, risk management, and escalation handling as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Dell Boomi integration development and EDI implementations.
  • Experience leading or coordinating offshore development teams.
  • Ability to review technical requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.
  • Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience tracking project estimates, effort, timelines, and resource utilization.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
