Our Product team is growing and looking for Manager - Healthcare Solutions Architect to join us!

As a Healthcare Solutions Architect, you will serve as the bridge between healthcare technology, customer workflows, and Medbridge's product strategy. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Implementations, Sales, Marketing, and our healthcare customers to design scalable integration solutions that improve provider and patient experiences. This role combines deep healthcare interoperability expertise with customer-facing solution design and strategic product influence. As the subject matter expert for EHR integrations and clinical workflows, you will help shape the future direction of Medbridge's healthcare platform and report into Product.

In this role you will:
Your main areas of responsibility (75%) focus on supporting the Product, Engineering, and Implementations side of Medbridge in the following ways:
  • Be an application module and integration subject matter expert to our customers and internal teams (Engineering, Product, Implementations etc.)
  • Drive continual improvement of our integration layers and data retrieval methodology, as well as developing builds for new features and enhancements
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, health systems, and EHR vendors to integrate the Medbridge platform into the provider and patient workflow
  • Help define and design optimal application and integration workflows for our customers
  • Serve as mentor on the subject of healthcare integrations for the product, engineering, and implementations teams
  • Prioritize multiple tasks intelligently, speak up when you see issues, and tackle interesting projects as needed

The remaining area of ownership (25%) is supporting Sales and Marketing with the following:
  • Serve as a healthcare integration and workflow subject matter expert during customer presentations, discovery sessions, and technical discussions.
  • Partner with prospective customers to understand clinical, operational, and technical requirements, helping define solution designs and future-state workflows.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to communicate Medbridge's integration capabilities, implementation approach, and interoperability best practices.
  • Support strategic customer engagements by providing technical guidance, market insights, and recommendations that help shape product direction and integration strategy.

What you will need to succeed:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems or Integration Analyst at a health system, with 2 years build/configuration/support on one or more clinical modules (additional product-side experience a bonus)
  • Experience integrating 3rd party vendors into EHRs (Epic preferred), including hands-on build/configuration for both clinical and patient user-interfaces
  • Proficiency in multiple Epic modules, ideally including at least one clinical module and one technical module (Epic Certification a plus)
  • Knowledgeable of integration methods (HL7, ANSI X12, CCDA, FHIR, HIE, EDI, Bridges, Interconnect, etc.), EHR data structures, and the exchange of data between EHRs and other systems (experience with Epic preferred)
  • Experience designing clinical and business workflows involving 3rd party software and an understanding of their necessary technical requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Epic certification in one or more modules (e.g., Bridges, MyChart, Cogito, Interconnect, Healthy Planet, or similar) strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with healthcare partners on delivery engagements and customer-facing technical consulting, solution design, or pre-sales activities.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy through customer feedback, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

Salary Range: $175K - $200K
At Medbridge, salary ranges are assigned to a job based on 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within this range is informed by the candidate's skills, capabilities and experience.
