• EDI Partner Onboarding
o Coordinate onboarding for new trading partners (suppliers/customers/3PLs) across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay flows.
o Oversee mapping/spec validation and testing cycles ( SIT, UAT etc) with partners and client teams.
o Ensure compliance with partner guidelines and client standards; manage setup across environments and promote to production.
• Project Lifecycle & Delivery Management
o Own project planning, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), change requests, and delivery governance.
o Define and track milestones, KPIs, and SLAs; prepare and present weekly status reports and dashboards.
o Lead go-live readiness, cutover planning, hypercare, and handover to steady-state operations.
• Team Leadership (Offshore Management)
o Assign and prioritize work, set daily/weekly goals, and ensure throughput for the offshore team.
o Review deliverables (maps, configurations, test evidence), enforce quality gates, and drive continuous improvement.
o Coach team members, promote best practices, and cultivate a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Issue Resolution & Operational Excellence
o Triage and resolve incidents and defects; drive root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
o Optimize processes (templates, checklists, automation) to reduce cycle time for partner onboarding.
o Maintain accurate documentation (requirements, mappings, runbooks, SOPs) in the agreed repositories.
• Compliance & Security
o Ensure adherence to data privacy, security policies, and audit requirements across B2B/EDI transactions.
o Enforce change control, versioning, and environment promotion standards.
