Standard Job Description
In this role you will be a part of the Global Supply Chain Operations (GSCO) Systems & Intelligence business team, supporting procurement professionals across the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) business areas.
As a System Integration Business Analyst, you will collaborate with diverse teams within RMS to troubleshoot issues, maintain system integrity, and support critical business processes. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver innovative solutions to our customers efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• P2P Access Requests
• Maintaining AD group Distribution Lists
• Reinstate LMP2P access/unlock accounts
• Generate monthly reports
• Generate SUIM reports as needed
• LMP2P Access Inquiries
• Troubleshooting: Collaborate with Business Unit Site Administrators (BUSA) to investigate and resolve issues reported by buyers, managers, and executives.
• Training: Maintain RMS-specific P2P training materials as necessary and assign training to Atlas profiles.
• Manage Weekly Ticket Review meeting
• Send mass communications (ex: Point to Point communications)
• Updating Purchasing groups on material masters
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience or combined education, with 2 years of professional experience
  • Microsoft Office suites
