What You'll Do:
As an IT Support Technician, you'll help ensure our systems, data, and EDI processes operate accurately and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Learn and effectively support our Columbia Ultimate collections system
  • Load, extract, validate, and troubleshoot data within business operating systems
  • Support accurate and timely EDI file transfers and reporting
  • Investigate and resolve file-load issues quickly and effectively
  • Monitor data loads, payments posted, errors, reconciliations, and other system activity
  • Use reports and quality-control processes to validate data and identify issues
  • Meet established Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements for EDI files and reporting
  • Provide Service Desk support for IT issues, including PC and Microsoft application support
  • Assist managers and employees with technical and systems-related requests
  • Coordinate with clients and IT to test and support connectivity to Revenue Enterprises systems
  • Work closely with the EDI Manager and other IT team members on quality assurance and process support
  • Maintain frequent and professional communication with internal and external customers
  • Research data issues and isolate the information needed to identify and resolve problems
  • Document and communicate issues, resolutions, and system activity accurately
  • Participate in special projects and respond to system issues outside normal business hours when needed

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED
  • 3-4 years of experience in data processing and systems support
  • Intermediate skills with:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft Access
  • Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft applications in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency with remote connectivity and remote support tools
  • Ability to quickly learn new business applications and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
