EDI Analyst Qualifications

  • 3 + years mapping experience with Trusted Link I-series V6.1 or higher
  • 3 + years experience working with JD Edwards World or E1 Order to Cash or Procure to Pay applications.
  • Solid understanding of ANSI X-12 EDI standards
  • Experience working with the following transaction sets:  850, 855, 860, 856, 810, 820, 823, 852
  • Experience working in an AS400 environment with basic command knowledge
  • Working knowledge of communication standards (including FTP, SFTP, and AS2)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • Experience with Microsoft teams preferred
  • Experience with Barcode software preferred
  • Knowledge of SQL and IBM CL language preferred

 
EDI Analyst General Responsibilities

  • Perform data mapping and new Trading Partner setup in Trusted Link
  • Work with 3rd party EDI providers (SPS Commerce, Commerce Hub, Commport) as needed to onboard new trading partners
  • Perform end to end testing of all EDI documents in JD Edwards applications
  • Monitor automated EDI jobs and ensure successful integration of data to application files
  • Report EDI integration issues, troubleshoot and recommend problem resolution to EDI Team Lead
  • Monitor and resolve helpdesk tickets related to EDI order processing issues
  • Develop and maintain UCC128 compliant barcode labels using Barcode400
  • Monitor and resolve issues with AS2 server and install new certificates as needed
  • Develop and maintain EDI documentation and training guides
  • Assist the EDI Coordinator with processing of day to day EDI transactions as needed
