Remote EDI analysts often meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to help define goals, participate in design sessions to prototype new systems, establish the scope and parameters of system analysis to define outcome criteria, and conduct research on products to support recommendations and purchasing efforts. Must-Have (Non-Negotiable)

  • Hands-on experience with Enrollment EDI 834 files (you’ve worked with 834s directly—triage, troubleshooting, testing, and resolving issues)
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, operational analysis, data analysis, and/or testing analysis
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills (ability to work with business users + technical teams)
  • Strong organization/time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office in a data-heavy environment

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • 834 / Enrollment EDI Support

    • Analyze 834-related issues, identify root cause, and coordinate fixes with the right teams

    • Participate in requirements validation and design review sessions to ensure solutions meet user needs
  • Testing / UAT Ownership

    • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT): create test plans, coordinate testing, document results
    • Track defects/gaps, manage open issues, and help drive resolution to closure
    • Provide guidance/training to end users as needed
  • Project & Work Intake Support

    • Monitor progress, communicate status, identify risks, and help keep deliverables on time
