$10,000 Sign on Bonus! Practice Pelvic Health Physical Therapy working in the mountains of Colorado for a company that is invested in your professional development and success! 50-55 minute one-on-one appointments so you can spend time with your patients.
Join Manual Edge Physiotherapy, founded in 2009 with locations in Colorado Springs and Monument, where exceptional patient care meets clinical autonomy. Built around a true one-on-one care model, Manual Edge gives clinicians the time and space to deliver the quality of care their patients deserve. Our clinicians treat in private rooms with 50-55 minute visits, averaging approximately 9 patients per day, allowing you to focus on meaningful patient outcomes - not volume.
We are seeking an experienced Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who is passionate about specialty care and wants to be part of a collaborative, close-knit team. At Manual Edge, you'll have the autonomy to practice at the top of your license while being supported through continued learning opportunities, on-site manual therapy education, and a culture focused on professional growth. With on-site 8-10 weekend manual therapy education opportunities per year, flexible scheduling options (4 day option available), Clinicient EMR, and AI documentation support to reduce admin time, Manual Edge provides the environment for clinicians to do their best work! Responsibilities
  • Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
  • Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
  • Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education.
  • Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
  • Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.
