• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Provide individual, couples, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions.
• Monitor client progress through regular evaluations and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed to ensure effective treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and professionals within the organization to create an integrated care strategy that addresses all facets of clients' well-being.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Life Edge Counseling Services, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, trauma, and substance use challenges. Central to our approach is a focus on building a trusting therapeutic relationship to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.
• Minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, particularly within a clinical environment.

• Specialization in evidence-based treatments for trauma, substance use, family dynamics, or couple’s therapy.
• Experience working with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competency and sensitivity.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital therapeutic platforms.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. Key benefits include:
