In the heart of rapid-turnover care, the Observation Unit Charge Nurse will guide a short-stay observation environment-often called a clinical decision unit or rapid assessment unit-designed for protocol-driven evaluations, efficient admissions from the ED, and timely discharges; as an Observation Unit Charge Nurse, expect meaningful, fast-paced patient care with tight interdisciplinary coordination, a highly collaborative team culture that keeps throughput moving and length-of-stay targets on track, and the added excitement of a sign on bonus that recognizes leadership at the bedside.
