Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• 5+ years in automotive embedded systems, connectivity, ECU validation, integration, or triage.
• Validation experience for Bluetooth Module ECU features, including BLE/Classic Bluetooth, GATT, GAP, pairing, bonding, advertising, scanning, secure communication, log analysis, issue reproduction, and triage.
• Validation experience for NFC Module ECU features, including reader/card emulation, tag detection, pairing/handshake flows, authentication, secure access, diagnostics, log analysis, issue reproduction, and triage.
• Hands-on experience with CANoe/CANalyzer for simulation, logging, trace analysis, and diagnostics.
• Hands on experience in Vehicle testing for Bluetooth and (OR) NFC features .
• Ability to interpret DBC files, schematics, wiring diagrams, logs, and ECU communication behavior.
• Experience with RCA methods such as 8D, 5 Why, or structured issue investigation.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset with cross-functional coordination skills
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead verification, smoke testing, and development board triage for software releases.
• Support issue reproduction, log collection, CAN trace analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective actions.
• Triage connectivity and vehicle access issues across boards, benches, and test environments.
• Analyse Bluetooth/NFC module latency in different features of BODY ECU like vehicle access, locking, and starting.
• Drive suppliers and internal teams toward timely resolution and confirm fixes after updates.
• Support supplier issue meetings and cross-functional reviews.
• Maintain issue status, evidence, verification results, and closure updates in JIRA/dashboards.
• Performing vehicle test for the implemented Bluetooth /NFC requirements.
• Report test progress, risks, defect aging, release readiness, and project health.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Coordination between all stakeholders in issue analysis of application software
- Effective communication skills to handle sync up meetings
Base Salary Range : $110,000 to $140,000 Per Annum
