About your role:

The Payment Value Added Services team delivers a suite of consumer bill payment, B2B invoice presentment, and omnichannel payment solutions, including BillMatrix, CheckFree Pay, and Snap Pay. Snap Pay is a high-growth SaaS platform that helps organizations modernize their Order-to-Cash processes through integrated payments, ERP-connected workflows, electronic invoicing, actionable data insights, and value-added services that improve efficiency, accelerate collections, and drive stronger business outcomes. As one of the fastest-growing businesses within Merchant Solutions, Snap Pay continues to expand its market leadership through innovative solutions and a transformational product roadmap.
We are seeking a Senior Product Partnership Manager to lead and expand Snap Pay's ERP ecosystem, a critical growth area focused on embedding payments into enterprise software platforms. In this role, you will define partnership strategy, build and strengthen relationships with leading ERP providers such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, and Microsoft, and drive commercially impactful integrations and joint initiatives. Success requires the ability to influence across complex organizations, shape strategic roadmaps, navigate partner dynamics, and deliver mutual business value through innovative partnerships that accelerate growth for both Fiserv and its ecosystem partners.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute Snap Pay's ERP partnership and ecosystem strategy for lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances with ERP providers, technology platforms, and complementary solution providers.
  • Lead commercial discussions with partners, including contract negotiations, business terms, pricing models, revenue-sharing structures, and partnership agreements.
  • Build business cases, revenue forecasts, and financial models to evaluate partnership opportunities and measure investment returns.
  • Nurture existing relationships with existing partners and firms.
  • Own partner commercialization efforts, including joint go-to-market planning, sales enablement, partner onboarding, and market launch strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Influence joint product roadmaps and co-development opportunities that deliver differentiated value for mutual customers.
  • Advocate for Snap Pay's strategic priorities in executive-level partner discussions through compelling business cases, market insights, and customer needs.
  • Establish and track partnership performance metrics including revenue contribution, pipeline creation, customer adoption, implementation success, and partner engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor partnerships, customer feedback, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders while navigating complex partner ecosystems and competing priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and executive relationship manager for key ERP and technology partners.

What you'll need to have:

  • 6+ years of experience in product partnerships, strategic partnerships, business development, ecosystem management, or related commercial leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of experience building partnerships from scratch that incorporate multiple GTM motions (referral, reseller, white-label product)
  • 6+ years of experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, Microsoft, etc) or similarly adjacent enterprise technology platforms
  • 5+ years of experience developing pricing strategies, commercial models, forecasts, and business cases that drive growth and profitability.
  • 5+ years of experience negotiating commercial agreements, strategic partnerships, licensing arrangements, or revenue-sharing contracts.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution in complex, matrixed environments delivering measurable business impact (revenue, adoption, growth)

What would be great to have:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts and bring others along your thinking
  • Bias for action, and shares responsibility for the team's success and progress
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence working teams and senior leaders both internally and externally.
  • Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data architectures to solve customer needs and expand use cases

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Sponsorship:
