What is ecosystem development?

Ecosystem development refers to the process of creating and nurturing a network of interconnected organizations, individuals, and resources that work together to drive growth, innovation, and sustainability within a specific industry or sector. Professionals in this field focus on building partnerships, supporting startups, facilitating collaboration, and creating opportunities for stakeholders to connect and thrive. The goal is to create a healthy environment where businesses, institutions, and communities can collectively advance shared objectives and adapt to changing market needs.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals in ecosystem development roles, and how can they be addressed?

Professionals in Ecosystem Development often face the challenge of aligning diverse stakeholders, such as startups, corporations, and public organizations, toward common goals. Navigating differing priorities and communication styles can be complex, requiring strong relationship-building and facilitation skills. To address these challenges, it's important to establish clear communication channels, set shared objectives early, and foster a collaborative environment through regular check-ins and transparent reporting. Proactively seeking feedback and being adaptable to evolving needs can also enhance the success of ecosystem initiatives.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an ecosystem development professional, and why are they important?

To thrive in Ecosystem Development, you need expertise in partnership management, business development, and strategic planning, often supported by a background in business, marketing, or related fields. Familiarity with CRM systems, data analytics tools, and industry-specific platforms is typically required. Exceptional networking, communication, and negotiation skills help build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. These abilities are crucial for expanding the organization's reach, fostering innovation, and driving sustainable growth within complex business environments.

Job description

Architectural Designer

Magnifica | Central Florida

Magnifica is a generational vision sculpted in provenance, precision, and artistry. Rooted in European architectural heritage and infused with the warmth of the West Indies, we are redefining luxury residential and hospitality design in Central Florida.

We are seeking an Architectural Designer who understands that architecture is not only structure, it is emotion made visible.

This role is for a designer who believes that proportion carries memory, that light can shape feeling, and that restraint is the highest form of refinement.

About Magnifica

Magnifica is a private residential and hospitality ecosystem grounded in the philosophy of “To Know and Be Known.” Our environments are designed to evoke belonging, stillness, and elevated living, blending timeless European architecture with contemporary sustainability and innovation.

From estate homes to resort architecture, every line drawn must reflect intention.

The Role

The Architectural Designer will collaborate with internal development leadership, consulting architects, engineers, and planners to shape the built language of Magnifica Residences and future resort environments.

You will contribute to:

  • Concept development and architectural visualization

  • Site planning and master plan refinement

  • Residential and hospitality architectural detailing

  • Façade articulation and material studies

  • Coordination of design packages for permitting and construction

  • Collaboration with landscape, interiors, and wellness design teams

  • Ensuring architectural consistency across French Riviera, Italian Coastal, Spanish Mediterranean, British West Indies, and Contemporary typologies

This role sits at the intersection of vision and execution, translating philosophy into physical form.

What You Bring

Technical Mastery

  • 4–8+ years of experience in high-end residential or hospitality architecture

  • Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)

  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Experience producing permit-ready drawing sets

  • Knowledge of Florida zoning, permitting, and construction standards preferred

Design Intelligence

  • Deep understanding of classical proportions and Mediterranean architectural language

  • Sensitivity to materiality, light, and landscape integration

  • Ability to work across estate-scale residences (4,000–10,000+ sq ft)

  • Familiarity with luxury detailing standards and client-facing presentations

Cultural Alignment

  • A respect for legacy-driven development

  • An understanding that luxury today is emotional, not ostentatious

  • Hunger to refine. Humility to collaborate. Zeal for meaningful work.

What We Value

At Magnifica, the architecture understands we are building a living ecosystem. You must:

  • Promote wellness through space, light, and proportion

  • Integrate sustainability without compromising elegance

  • Support multi-generational living

  • Balance privacy with community

  • Endure beyond trend

Why Join Magnifica?

You will work on a rare project: a master-planned luxury community in Central Florida positioned to become a defining benchmark in the region’s upscale growth .

This is an opportunity to contribute to:

  • A long-term development vision backed by strategic capital and sustainability commitments

  • A brand that blends emotional intelligence with architectural precision

  • A design culture rooted in legacy, not short-term return

At Magnifica, your work will not disappear into anonymity. It will shape a place where generations gather.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience

  • Performance incentives tied to development milestones

  • Opportunity for long-term growth within the Magnifica ecosystem

  • Collaborative leadership environment

  • Access to wellness-focused programming and design innovation initiatives
