Position Summary

- Perform thorough indoor and outdoor initial pest control treatments for new customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Engage with customers to clearly explain service features and benefits while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
- Follow assigned routes, communicate effectively with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate service records.
- Maintain equipment, vehicle, and safety gear in proper working condition, while utilizing technology to manage appointments and customer information.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
- Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
