Overview of the Position:

  • Location: UPMC Bayfront ENT
  • Address: 380 East Bayfront Parkway, Erie, PA 16507
  • Employment Status: Full-time role with potential for ENT Residency Directorship
  • On-Call Requirements: General ENT call every fourth night and every fourth weekend alongside current physicians. Residents will handle primary night calls and weekend duties.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Open to J1 Waiver and H-1B candidates for 2027 and later
  • Comprehensive Compensation Package Includes:

Position Highlights:

  • Become part of a collaborative practice with two board-certified otolaryngologists and one board-eligible otolaryngologist.
  • Current otolaryngologists do not handle otologic cases.
  • General ENT responsibilities while developing an Otology practice.
  • Engage in teaching and mentoring residents from UPMC Hamot's ACGME accredited Otolaryngology residency program, which includes five residents (who take primary night calls and weekend shifts).
  • Utilize a fully integrated Epic electronic medical record system throughout the health network.
  • Benefit from a strong primary care referral network that ensures a steady patient volume and continuity of care.
  • Access to nearby regional clinics is required.
