Elliott Davis is seeking a Project Manager to lead highimpact initiatives spanning technology modernization, AI adoption, and growth enablement. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, IT delivery, and change adoption, serving as a trusted partner to business leaders, internal stakeholders, and vendors.

This is a handson delivery role for an experienced PM who thrives in professional services environments and understands how to apply the right amount of governance, structure, and agility based on project complexity and risk. Over time, this individual is expected to help shape standards and potentially lead a growing project management function.

Responsibilities:

Project Delivery

Lead complex, crossfunctional projects, with a focus on outcome value

Own endtoend delivery across planning, execution, risk management, and closure

Apply fitforpurpose delivery approaches (waterfall, agile, hybrid) tailored to each effort

Manage interdependencies, milestones, budgets, and delivery commitments

Stakeholder Leadership & Communication

Serve as the primary facilitator and integrator across business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors

Support converting business outcomes to technical requirements.

Generate technical progress, risks, and decisions into clear, executivelevel communication

Drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups with differing priorities

Maintain strong executive confidence through transparency, clarity, and followthrough

Change & Adoption Enablement

Partner with business and IT leaders to ensure solutions are adopted, embedded, and delivering value

Incorporate organizational change considerations (training, communications, readiness) into delivery plans

Track and report on adoption outcomes and usage indicators-not just delivery milestones

Standards, Governance & Continuous Improvement

Establish and evolve repeatable project management standards appropriate for innovation, IT, and transformation work

Identify opportunities to improve delivery consistency

Contribute to portfolio visibility, prioritization discussions, and delivery health reporting

Mentor other PMs as the function matures and scales

Technical & Vendor Collaboration

Partner closely with solution and enterprise architects to ensure delivery plans reflect technical realities

Be conversant in core concepts related to data platforms, cloud services, AI, and automation

Manage vendor relationships, delivery commitments, and escalation paths effectively

Requirements:

Required

5+ years of project management experience, preferably in professional services or consulting environments

Proven experience leading enterprisescale, crossfunctional initiatives

Demonstrated success delivering projects involving technology, data, or digital transformation

Strong stakeholder management skills with executivelevel comfort and credibility

Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners

Ability to operate in ambiguous, evolving environments typical of innovation and transformation work

Preferred

Project management certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent)

Experience helping establish or mature PM standards or governance models

Familiarity with Microsoftcentric delivery environments, including:

o Microsoft Project

o Azure DevOps

o SharePoint / Teams

o Power Platform (conceptual understanding)

Background in clientfacing delivery or advisory roles
