Position Overview:

As a brand designer for our Nurri brand, you'll play a key role in shaping and elevating through leading and developing a comprehensive brand design system as well as a variety of creative projects focused around consumer packaged goods (CPG). From designing digital creative for e-commerce platforms, in-store POS, social graphics, support photoshoot coordination, packaging and more. You will work closely with the art director, broader creative team, brand team, e-commerce, sales and commercialization + project management teams to elevate the total brand experience across multiple formats. This role offers an exciting opportunity to have an impact on shaping new and established brands within CPG.

Responsibilities:

Keeping people at the heart, drive compelling creative strategies and visual solutions
that bring the brand narrative to life

Lead and maintain the build out of the complete brand design system, and decisions around measuring, evaluating and evolution, in partnership with the director of creative

Keeping creative excellence at the center, drive compelling storytelling through creative visuals across brand touch points that bring the brand strategy and creative vision to life

Strategically integrate creative efforts with an omni channel strategy in partnership with our partner brand

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand experience across multiple touchpoints

Deliver creative concepts and digital assets to support integrated marketing campaigns including paid media, social media, packaging, in-store POS, website and more

Manage and deliver on-time multiple projects and priorities from ideation to execution

At times, manage vendor partnerships maintaining expectations, timelines and creative excellence

Get deeply integrated into the brand(s) to build understanding of the purpose, vision and experience to develop and bring to life within creative executions

Support creative pitches to leadership and external partners, with alignment from Dir. Of Creative/Sr. Designer(s)/Art Director(s)

Support consulting external partners on brand identity guidelines and concepts

Independently drive creative exploration and evolution to find new ways to drive engagement

Show up as a leader to inspire, challenge and collaborate across the creative team to build community, innovative thinking and endless creative growth

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree or associate's degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Communications, Multimedia Design or User Experience Design is preferred

5-7 years of design experience is required; 2-4 years CPG experience required; Agency experience preferred

Knowledge in product photography is a plus

Knowledge in motion/video is a plus

Excellent storytelling capabilities and tying creative solutions back to strategic objectives

Excellent knowledge of industry standard programs, such as: Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma

Impressive portfolio, demonstrating dynamic work inclusive of brand identity development

Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally, and hold a strong level of professionalism

Ability to effectively and pro-actively problem-solve, research and analyze information

Strong will in driving creative excellence in a highly demanding environment

Hours, Location and Pay:

We offer a competitive base pay rate and benefits package for full-time employees. This role works standard business hours Monday - Friday at our Little Chute, WI manufacturing facility.

Physical and Mental Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, use hands to type data, use a personal computer and telephone. This employee may occasionally have to operate business machines and lift and/move up to 50 pounds.
