Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Individual will be responsible for the process development / maintenance related to e-commerce channels, Onsrud website, Amazon, and others specified. This position will also involve EDI support with IT to ensure accurate implementation related to business policies and practices.
DUTIES:
  • Develop and implement process for maintaining Onsrud website related to products, images, promotions, and clearance items with Marketing.
  • Develop and implement process for maintaining Amazon Seller Central sales channel related to products, images, and Amazon promotions with support of Inside Sales Manager.
  • Focus on ensuring consistency in product listings and services on Onsrud website with Marketing and Product Management.
  • Support IT, National Accounts Managers, and Inside Sales Manager to ensure proper implementation of EDI processes and policies for national accounts.
  • Work with National Account Managers on UMAP pricing issues that may arise on e-commerce channels.
  • Monitor sales channels for customer reviews, questions, and feedback and address.
  • Manage online inventory.
  • Write and edit product content in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
  • Manage communications from each channel related to orders or other customer service-related items.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Inside Sales Manager

EDUCATION:
  • Associates degree required; BA / BS preferred

EXPERIENCE:
  • 5 years of experience with e-commerce platforms
  • ERP experience, SAGE X3 preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML XML and EDI processes
  • Adobe Creative Suites

SKILLS:
  • Highly motivated individual / self-starter
  • Knowledge of business processes, website programming, EDI experience and processing
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
