About the Role

McKesson is seeking an eCommerce Assortment Senior Associate to support the growth of our consumer-facing eCommerce business. In this role, you will build, maintain, and optimize product catalog data across digital channels and online marketplaces. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, complete, and high-quality product information that helps customers easily discover, evaluate, and purchase products online.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, improving data quality, solving complex catalog challenges, and supporting exceptional customer experiences across eCommerce platforms.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain product assortment data within McKesson's B2C eCommerce platform.
  • Partner with Product Information Management (PIM), Brand Management, Catalog Insights, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service teams to onboard new products.
  • Ensure product listings meet marketplace and channel requirements prior to launch.
  • Transform, standardize, and map product information between enterprise systems and consumer-facing channels.
  • Create and maintain product bundles aligned to business and operational objectives.
  • Support ongoing product catalog optimization and data quality initiatives.
  • Upload and maintain enhanced product content, attributes, and descriptions.
  • Launch products and manage listings across online marketplaces utilizing marketplace connectivity platforms such as Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor).
  • Monitor listing performance and help resolve marketplace listing errors and data issues across platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and eBay.
  • Investigate data discrepancies and partner with stakeholders to improve catalog accuracy and customer experience.
  • Utilize formulas, mapping tables, and other tools to transform large datasets efficiently.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts focused on process automation, catalog governance, and product data quality.
Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically requires 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience working with eCommerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience managing, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience working with product catalog, item master, product content, or product information data.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
  • Experience with Rithum (ChannelAdvisor), CommerceHub, or other marketplace integration platforms.
  • Knowledge of product catalog management and marketplace operations.
  • Experience supporting B2C eCommerce channels.
  • Familiarity with product taxonomy, attribute management, and product content optimization.
  • Experience with retail, healthcare, medical supply, or consumer products industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments supporting Marketing, Operations, Product Management, or Customer Experience teams.
  • Knowledge of data quality management and process improvement methodologies.
