Position Summary:

The eCommerce Site Merchandising and Optimization Manager owns the day-to-day merchandising, maintenance, and optimization of livemomentous.com. This role is responsible for ensuring the website remains current, organized, and aligned with business priorities while continuously identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion. This individual serves as the operational heartbeat of the e-commerce team, maintaining homepage merchandising, collection strategies, promotional experiences, and content updates while monitoring performance and surfacing opportunities and risks. Success in this role requires strong merchandising instincts, exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to coordinate work across multiple stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:Site Merchandising & Content Management
  • Own merchandising optimization across homepage, collections, navigation, promotional pages, LP's and featured product experiences.
  • Maintain seasonal campaigns, product priorities, and promotional updates.
  • Ensure site content remains current, accurate, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Continuously optimize product placement and customer discovery.
Site Performance & Analysis
  • Monitor website performance and identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
  • Track key ecommerce metrics including:
    • Conversion Rate (CVR)
    • Revenue Per Visitor (RPV)
    • Average Order Value (AOV)
    • Lifetime Value (LTV)
    • Subscription Uptake Rate
  • Analyze customer behavior using analytics and heatmap tools.
  • Translate insights into recommendations and action plans.
Customer Experience Optimization
  • Identify friction points and opportunities throughout the customer journey.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to merchandising, product presentation, and navigation.
  • Support ongoing experimentation and optimization initiatives.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, Science, Operations, and Technical teams to execute website updates.
  • Ensure dependencies are identified early and work moves efficiently between teams.
  • Surface risks and blockers proactively.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain launch calendars, merchandising trackers, and documentation.
  • Coordinate QA processes and ensure a high level of execution quality.
  • Develop repeatable processes that improve speed and reduce errors.
AI & Process Improvement
  • Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
  • Support adoption of emerging technologies across e-commerce operations.

  • Experience with platforms such as Recharge, Klaviyo, Rebuy, GA4, Northbeam, heatmap tools, Intelligems, and Asana or similar preferred.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Curiosity around AI and emerging e-commerce technologies.
