About The Opportunity

The Director, eCommerce & Performance Marketing is accountable for profitable growth, media productivity, and commercial performance across FASHIONPHILE's digital business, while providing targeted growth support to retail and wholesale channels. The role leads the integrated channel-performance agenda across paid media, email, SEO, site merchandising, marketplaces, promotions, and digital-store commercial activity. Responsibilities include:

  • Influencing and owning execution of the commerce and channel-performance strategy, translating enterprise goals into integrated plans across the digital store, paid media, email, SEO, site merchandising, marketplaces, promotions, and targeted retail and wholesale support.

  • Owning the business relationship and performance expectations for outsourced paid-media agencies and other specialist partners. Set briefs, approve strategies and operating plans, challenge recommendations, monitor results, and ensure partners deliver transparent, integrated, and commercially sound work.

  • Leading vendor selection and renewal recommendations in partnership with appropriate functional leaders.

  • Leading the commercial performance of retained digital capabilities, including email, SEO, site merchandising, marketplaces, promotional execution, and related channel programs in partnership with Experience Optimization team.

  • Aligning calendars, audiences, offers, merchandising, and channel actions to improve traffic quality, conversion, average order value, retention, and revenue while partnering with Experience Optimization on journey, platform, and capability improvements.

  • Establishing a trusted view of media, channel, promotion, and digital-store performance.

  • Partner with Data, Finance, and functional leaders to define measures, improve reporting, evaluate incrementally and return, diagnose performance changes, and convert findings into clear recommendations.

  • Managing assigned media, agency, vendor, and channel budgets.

  • Recommend allocation and reallocation based on expected return and business priorities, and maintain disciplined forecasting and financial visibility.

  • Leading, coaching, and developing internal commerce and channel-performance employees while creating clear accountability across outsourced and in-house resources.

  • Partnering closely with Brand Marketing, Experience Optimization, Strategy Activation, Customer Experience, Retail, Wholesale, Technology, Data, Finance, and other leaders to coordinate priorities, clarify decision rights, and move high-value work forward without duplicating ownership

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in eCommerce, digital growth, performance media, channel management, commercial strategy, or related work

  • Experience leading digital revenue growth and channel-performance programs across paid and owned channels

  • Experience managing external agencies or specialist partners, including strategy, performance expectations, operating cadence, and commercial accountability

  • Experience managing significant media, agency, vendor, or channel budgets and making data-informed investment recommendations

  • Experience leading or integrating capabilities such as paid media, email, SEO, site merchandising, marketplaces, promotions, or eCommerce trading

  • Experience building performance reporting, evaluating return, and translating analysis into commercial decisions

  • Experience managing and developing employees in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
