Job Purpose:

The eCommerce & Warehouse Fulfillment Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring accurate, timely fulfillment of online customer orders. This role combines warehouse logistics, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and eCommerce order processing to deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining operational efficiency and safety standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order Fulfillment & Shipping
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Verify product quantities, condition, and shipping information before shipment
  • Process shipping labels and documentation using warehouse and carrier systems
  • Coordinate outbound shipments with UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers, and other providers
  • Ensure same-day or next-day fulfillment goals are met when applicable
eCommerce Operations
  • Monitor incoming online orders from eCommerce platforms and marketplaces
  • Update order statuses, tracking information, and customer notes as needed
  • Assist with returns, exchanges, and order issue resolution
  • Support inventory synchronization between warehouse and eCommerce systems
  • Maintain product labeling, packaging, and presentation standards
Inventory & Warehouse Management
  • Receive and inspect inbound inventory shipments
  • Organize stock and maintain clean, accurate warehouse locations
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
  • Identify inventory discrepancies and communicate issues promptly
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
General Warehouse Support
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and operational policies
  • Assist with warehouse projects, restocking, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with customer service, purchasing, and operations teams

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of High School diploma or GED. Some college preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of reading English, writing, and basic math.
  • Must be organized, efficient, and self-motivated and exhibit a willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions, whether working with a team or without supervision.
  • Authorized to operate a forklift.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test & physical.
