Job Title: Ecommerce Warehouse Associate

Company Name: Blu Monaco

Location: Warminster, PA (Approximately 40 minutes from Philadelphia)Job Type: Full-time (W2)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM (No weekend work required)

Salary: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour (Depending on experience)

Job Description:

We are a fast-growing cross-border e-commerce company looking for a reliable, motivated Ecommerce Warehouse Associate to join our team in Warminster. In this role, you will primarily handle daily order fulfillment for major online platforms, including Amazon and TikTok Shop.

Our facility is a clean, organized, and modern environment, and the products handled are generally light to moderate in weight.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and label daily consumer orders for shipment (Amazon, TikTok Shop, etc.).

Efficiently handle inbound and outbound inventory, including assisting with loading and unloading trucks.

Organize and maintain accurate warehouse inventory counts.

Keep work areas clean, orderly, and compliant with safety guidelines.

Collaborate with team leads to support general warehouse operations and future printing production tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Work Authorization: Must have legal US work authorization and be able to receive W2 compensation.

Language: Elementary/basic English proficiency (must be able to read shipping labels, pick lists, and basic system prompts).

Computer Literacy: Comfortable using laptops/computers; basic knowledge of Google Mail, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word is required.

Physical Stamina: Good eyesight, dexterity, and the physical ability to stand for long periods and lift or move 50lbs plus heavy boxes/materials when needed.

Growth Mindset: Strong willingness to learn new technologies and operate digital printing machinery as our business expands.
