Ensure UX updates align with mobile-first, accessibility, and conversion best practices.
Partner with creative, marketing, design, and engineering teams to support implementation of UX enhancements.
SEO Implementation & Performance Optimization
Execute SEO initiatives under the direction of the Manager, including on-page, technical, and content optimizations.
Assist with regular SEO audits to identify crawl issues, broken links, metadata gaps, and optimization opportunities.
Implement SEO best practices across product pages, category pages, landing pages, and site content.
Monitor keyword rankings, site health, and organic search performance using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and/or Moz.
Partner with content and merchandising teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied consistently across all sites.
Optimization & Performance Analysis
Track and report on key performance indicators such as conversion rate, organic traffic, bounce rate, page speed, and CTR.
Support A/B and multivariate testing efforts, including test setup, QA, analysis, and documentation of results.
Analyze site analytics and performance data to identify UX and SEO-driven opportunities for growth.
Document learnings and insights from testing and optimization efforts to inform future initiatives.
Project Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Support project timelines and deliverables across UX and SEO initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams including merchandising, creative, marketing, and engineering to ensure smooth execution.
Assist in preparing performance updates, insights, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
Support additional Ecommerce UX and SEO projects as assigned by the Manager.
