We are seeking a digitally savvy, highly organizedE-Commerce Solutions Manager.


This role blendse-commerce operations, project coordination, and cross-functional communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

E-Commerce Coordination & Operations

  • Coordinate day-to-day e-commerce activities across platforms (Shopify, marketplaces, apps, and tools)
  • Manage task flow between internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure priorities, timelines, and deliverables are clearly communicated and met

Resource Management

  • Determine when work should be handled in-house versus outsourced
  • Brief, schedule, and follow up with vendors, agencies, freelancers, and contractors
  • Track resource availability and capacity to prevent bottlenecks

Project & Process Management

  • Maintain project plans, task lists, timelines, and documentation
  • Create and refine workflows for product launches, site updates, promotions, and content changes
  • Proactively identify risks, delays, or gaps-and propose solutions

Platform & Performance Support

  • Coordinate site updates, merchandising requests, and content changes
  • Support QA and launch readiness (coordination rather than hands-on execution)
  • Pull basic reports or coordinate reporting across tools to support decision-making

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Serve as a central point of contact for e-commerce initiatives
  • Translate business needs into clear briefs and actionable tasks
  • Provide concise status updates and progress reports to leadership


What This Role Is Not

  • Not a solo "do-everything" e-commerce specialist
  • Not a technical developer role
  • Not customer service or order management

This role is about orchestration, coordination, and clarity.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital operations, project coordination, or a related role
  • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
  • Comfort working across multiple tools, platforms, and stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating with vendors, agencies, or freelancers
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
  • Experience leading and directing a small team
  • Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Notion, etc.)
  • Understanding of digital marketing, merchandising, or UX workflows
  • Experience supporting a growing or scaling brand
  • Marketplace experience (Amazon, Target Plus, Walmart, Zalando, Mercado Libre)
  • Experience working in a SKU-rich environment
